On a positive note from last night California Maine and Massachusetts legalized rec weed so more than 25% of america has access to recreationally legal weed

I don't know that that's positive. More sanctions, more dui, an watch out...here comes big tobacco an pharma. Also prices are gonna change. Black market rise.

id love to not have to be watching over my shoulder all the time.but id rather that than big pharma start ruining things.hate those worse than oil n gas.
Frickin making trillions from chemo ....poison us,keep us ill,and needing more products to stay alive.well,if you can call it life,post chemo,radiation therapy....hate those fucks...more corrupt than even Monsanto.sorry,rant over.

Dude have you ever been to mass? Its a commenwealth state with state police who truly believe they are nazi stormtroopers! Mass state police were correctly depicted in that flick with jack nicholson...the departed! I can only imagine the bullshit stops that will take place now man jesus...........I have never been able to grow aan acre or 20 plants because i just couldnt plain afford it with cost of living where i am...............I knew my lifestyle could get me in trouble but the system failed me and my people many,many moons ago, I refuse to let the man tell me what i can and can't do in the privacy of my own home. If that means i only rock out 7-10 plants at a time so be it. I have done time for my beliefs and this plant.

Have family in oregon....they sent me some herbs called blockhead from out that way a year ago........idk what you guys are doing out there but i like it..............

Each state has different laws... being able to grow my own organic strain is all i want... I get that many of the farmers here are selling there product and trying to further the industry by mixing strains for better buds, but I grow small hydro plants for me. the laws in Colorado allow that and im happy. the number of DUI's isn't growing and it is no longer a police excuse to search ANY of your property because they smell weed. .... that being said you will notice im not celebrating Nevada's "legalization" because it only allows corporate growers. No personal plants. also the oversight the gov has on the commercial grower promotes genetic modification. what they are doing in Nevada is wrong

Nevada made it legal to buy marijuana only from dispensaries that grow state registered crops. no private growing no trading no smoking in public. there are a limited number of licenses all of which will cost a fortune. .... Contrast with Massachusetts. growing is encouraged and 6 flowering plants allowed. you can grow 10 ounces to keep at home and can carry an ounce in public. if you grow more than 10 ounces you may gift to others who's harvest has passed and even keep tallies of harvest for harvest trades. this keeps the amount in any one home relatively small encourages a community of growers and makes sense. .... even Colorado doesn't allow for more than an ounce of pot after a harvest.
