pics first two are same strain one cabbagey one didn't..bubbas gift... and two big ones on left are 707 truth band all humboldt,, and the two mini ones are sweet afghan delicious auto from sweet seeds... the only auto I've ever done twice its small but tastes awesome which is a rarity for the autos to be fair...

Them mutants will pull through 9 times out of 10 every now and then u might end up with a toaster (full on mong) that never comes around but there rare as hens teeth lol

Yeah, they do normally grow out of shit like that but, it kinda looks like it's stressed induced to me. Something a nutrient burn might cause with a seedling but, I don't know what you've got going on with your soil mix, etc.

I've seen plants mutate like that with poor air circulation too tbh there's a few reasons that can cause this #1 being genetics with the seedling and it being a mutant or maybe feed induced like u mention but looking at them if I had to call it I would say it's just a mutant that should pull through but hey its a shit call going off only a pic and very little info :) how's things Papa u good bro

thanks bud I'm really pleased they are all doing really well... in the past I've been scared when to start feeding them but this time round I've got them straight on the food after their first set of serrated leaves, and they love it I've not had paling out like I've had in the past. they are all strongly growing upwards:D. I've also had their tray sat on a heat mat which is a first for me, they love that too. not even bothered that its getting a bit chilly up there... going to be potting up soon got white fuzzies showing at most of the holes in the bottom of my pots:D.:smoking:

i think your prob right with the genetics thing to be honest.....thinking back i had one of these out of 4 that cabbaged like this in the last lot and it turned out fine, i was curious i suppose if it could have been directly linked with something pest or climate related...the curly leaves made me think caterpillar but would have been super surprised if it had been that...:D

Yeah, I've seen some that are just weirdo's, doing it just because, but it seems like a lot of times that I've seen something like that there was something that caused some stress.
I'm doing ok but, it's the nature of this disease for things to just keep getting worse and worse, doing the best I can bro. How are things on your side of the pond?

anybody use heat mats? and how long would you use them for...? its quite chilly at the mo where my babies are vegging had them on a mat from the beginning, but just put them in their big pots and was wandering if its worth keeping them warm they are about four weeks old....is there a point when having them on the mat will be too warm for them.. hope all are well happy saturday:cool:
