Blacks And Purples

I'm curious if anyone has had any luck with achieving black (preferably) or deep purples to remain in the buds AFTER CURE? Any strain suggestions on where I could potentially some good phenos?

I've found this to be true of leaves, not the flowers themselves..

same here or any part of that plant that has any dmg turns purple from the temp drop I did get a purple tent

Yeah I ran a pheno of Kimbo Kush that turned much darker when ran on a 11/13 light cycle.

If your controlling the amount of light the plants are getting, I don't see why not.
I ran an 11/13 light cycle to reduce my power use.
I didn't do it for the purple, that was just a side effect.

I think Nspecta CSI has some of the
most beautiful purples i have ever seen

Chocolate charm from 14er genetics does for me. Purplest plant I have encountered, cures out to a dark brownish purple color. Weirds people out as it is not green in the slightest.

Guy above is right, nspecta seems to have an array of truly purple weed.

There are lots of strains that put down purple flowers. My darkest strain right now would have to be Krazy Kush. She damn near gets black...
