Well this is a topic that would open a huge debate but I will say that the genetics are a huge part of all of this but it is much more noticeable when plants are grown to their potential more.

And many high THC super frosty strains have a very flat one dimensional high for me. I am old school trip head. My search was for complex highs.

The bonus is pot with a good full spectrum of balanced cannabanoids are the best meds too.

unfortunately most of the herb i have tried has been a bore to be honest.
this diamond og im smoking is fucking with my vision but the high is not very good..

my damn tolerance.. i wish i could be normal ( i want to feel that falling through the ground feeling.. i loved that.. but iv yet to feel that way.. sigh ) .. or who knows maybe in a year from now THC will effect be different.. right now my brain is all fucked up.. it does not know which way its going with the chemical imbalance from the opiates. hah

looks like cali has sent there rain this way.. i hope not to many grows get screwed up due to there power outage.

so i walked dismorning and it was great felt like i was in oregon. but man its pouring now.. and i do not have a rain coat. hah.. so me no walk tonight.. pout!

It takes time and good pot makes it much easier. I am recovering from years of chemical addiction. And now it has been 18 years since I used any.

Even after surgery I only took my pain meds for a couple days.

I got two deep chunk,g13 x sour D going in flower.look way different,one smells funky skunk.the other smells fruity polish,pledge type...both look real tasty...pheno hunting is cool brother.

when I switched to led from hps,nugs went smaller but dense,more un developed lower shit,no prob,but resin content and trichomes went through the roof.you can also tweek the high on any crop.if your looking for a head trip,chop it early,leave some clear trichomes, if you want more relaxing couch lock buzz,leave longer,more amber.i like to experiment a lot..uvb light supplement in bloom helps make some nice sticky cabbage...many think this is bull,but I've done lots of testing,side by side.....and my pal buddaone will agree.he uses proper uv lights...

I would like to try the uvb lighting, but what do you buy? I seen different things online. Any suggestions to lead me in the right direction?

I recently added cmh for the spectrum and tonight I put in my new 600w Hortilux Blue. I have already and others have noticed an improvement in taste and high from the 315 LEC and now I should even have a more balanced spectrum and some added uv through the room and still the benefits of each different lamp as I rotate plants around to water.

I will be sure to report my findings. My fear with too much blue end of the spectrum in flower is to much leaf and overgrowth. But the 2 to 1 HPS to LEC was doing amazing.

Plus the sunlight supply reflector and galaxy ballast fit my available space perfectly.

I am finding even more plant potential in custom mixing feeds and water times for each plant individually ( which is a pain in the ass) and using an amended medium like Ocean Forest so the plant gets a wide variety of trace elements and more than one source of NPK.
