Holes In My Leaves

Does anyone know what my cause holes to form in leaves? .Im growing indoors in ffof soil I'm at the end of week 4 in veg and it has got nothing but plain water

No sir I have been giving it plain water since day one ...any water that got on them during watering was wiped off before going back under the lights...
