Hi new grower here
32 x 32 x 64 inch grow tent
400 w HPS veg and flower
3 plants in 7 Gallon Pots
Soil 1/3 compost , 1/3 perlite, 1/3 EWC with a few amendments
Lime, Plant tone fertilizer ,Kelp meal then aged bout 6 months
Only thing added since grow Alpha meal tea and kelp meal tea ,molasses and super Thrive
I have Nightcrawlers in soil that seem happy

Sour Kush in 2 pots and
1 Money bush


1st time grow with photoperiod
First off hello and i want a clear critiques. I started all 3 plants from seed in rapid rooter plugs. Then moved to solo cups 16 oz then 1 gallon smart pot then into final 7 Gallon Smart Pot

Started Out with a Scrog i made out of pvc, But then the plants lifted up the light pvc frame so i took off the net,

Look like monsters.. nice.. if you take a pic the minute the light goes out or right before we can see the green better to let you know... looks great though.

I did prune the plants a lot underneath it was so thick with big fan leaves . Did i prune too much look at this next pic please

So as far as the scrog went it did kind of LST the plants i guess but i dont like that screen over everything I couldn't see a thing that was going on like leaks in plant saucers and water spills . I think LST may be better for me next time. 3 plants seem right in this small 32X32 tent .

So any helpful comments would be appreciated
Lessons learned : not so crazy bout scrog but maybe if it were higher may have helped.
Won't use cheap turkey pans from dollar store as drip pans (they Leaked)
Cloning is not that easy I haven't had one succeful one yet . It almost seems like a big tap root that u get from seeds helps the plant a lot.
Maybe trim a little less next time of undergrowth or more gradual instead of it all in one day

Are the buds the right size for two weeks in 12/ 12 lighting ?

1 more lesson learned , ODOR the sour kush really small led strong in vegging when tent left open. The 4 inch carbon filter is a i power and fan exhaust is 4 "ventech i never ran a speed control on it . I also use a diy Ona bucket that i run with Pinesol and polymer wateR crystals for living area that helps a lot.
Temps were about 80 degrees f mostly in tent.

Wow sry spelling but yes i tried ona before , I think pinesol works better in a Ona Bucket then Ona.

Sour kush smelled a lot thru vegetation the Money bush had huge fan leaves bigger than my hand . Maybe just one strain next time the money Bush plant is a little shorter Bla Bla Bla lol

Will display more pics as grow goes i can say that it is a fun hobby
And i like the idea of the living soil i think they call it or Rols .
Lots to learn and so many strains to try . The smart Pots i liked

I would super crop then mate I think you will find that OK for your grow .

Ok super crop have not tried is it to late for that now . As far as smaller pots i was thinking smalle roots which may lead to smaller buds. I kinda like the hight of bigger pots as i have neck trouble.

I think you will be right to go at the stage your in just gently bend try not to snap or crease the stem I crush the stem between my fingers and bend at same time or you could tie the branches down to the main stem
