Are you not reading the headines.?.. Their shutting this some or all of cannabis growing down! This isnt the 70' and 80'.. If they move forward cops will LPR cam local grow supply outlets,,, to find out who is growing, they already got your utility, and water,,, they pull the MMJ registry, google maps with PAID zoom in of your properties, then take a property heat sink - a sun heat sink heat map , https://www.google.com/get/sunroof#p=0 so they know which room have plants, LPR cam on your house for 72 hours and they know everything...
So after we have not complied with desist order, they cops will have enough for the judge to let them in on our grows.
Or we might assume the Fed will say: Stop all pro MMJ and pro REC... But everyone can grow at home....
Or Trump will ride in an wht horse as stop Sessions.

You started out by saying, "are you not reading the headlines..." Who, the MSM headlines? No, I don't. I also remember stories about a video starting Benghazi, Hilary didn't have more than one device, ext ext. Why would you site the media as a source anymore? They are hacks.

How exactly will Trump go after Rec and not Medical? Where is the legal difference from a federal standpoint? I don't believe there is one, or one big enough to legislate on. Cannabis is part of the USA, it's just fact. Until I see actual bills passed, and wars in the courts, I will reserve any hysteria until then.

Puerto Rico just legalized. Peru has a measure on the ballet. New York has two measures on the ballet. The ball is rolling, and picking up steam. Not slowing down, IMO. People are so easily detered just by headlines. Well people, since 1996, California was the first to legalize medical cannabis. Since then, 28 states have legalized medical use. 8 of those states have gone full legal. Most of those in the last 10 years. We are gaining speed people, don't let the MSM, liberal snowflakes, conservative haters, or anybody tell you different. Open your eyes, and view the world without the lens of the media. It helps.

So 1kw timers are indicative of an illegal grow? Why can't I use twelve vertical bulbs on my six medical plants? Xcel gonna come knockin'? I doubt it. There is a registered medical grow in a neighborhood I know, douglas county, two patients with 48 or so plants. No less than six visits by douglas sheriff and their drug unit during 2016, they remain compliant, but are still running the same wattage for their twelve plants. Nobody in a uniform ever said anything about wattage or timers. If a home grow is compliant, why would xcel say or do shit? They don't. This house built out and added electrical and xcel workers were in the home, were told the electric was going to the grow, and neither the workers, the utility company, the county sheriff and whoever enforcement staff they have did anything more than knock and talks. It seems what the DEA and MDTF want isn't what is actually going on, especially since this is a notoriously conservative area. Better start buying up those medical marijuana stocks huh?

Lino's bringing us regular folks who don't live next to the DEA up to speed. He doesn't need to cite sources because his knowledge drops are actually common knowledge. We're not anywhere close to being on his level. Water only access challenged? No sir, READ THE HEADLINES this is common knowledge folks jeez.

My thoughts as well my friend.
The media loves the make your brain simmer a little. When and if them boys decide to pull some real shit, then all of our culture shall revolt. Gonna grab a new rambo knife for my pickets I will be making. How bout a ten million man march, while we all have a joint lit and are partaking.
Until then I will be chillin calm as can be.

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department will try to adopt “responsible policies” for enforcement of federal anti-marijuana laws, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Monday, adding that he believes violence surrounds sales and use of the drug in the U.S.

In a meeting with reporters, Sessions said the department was reviewing an Obama administration Justice Department memo that gave states flexibility in passing marijuana laws.

“Experts are telling me there’s more violence around marijuana than one would think,” Sessions said.

The comments were in keeping with remarks last week from White House spokesman Sean Spicer, who said the Justice Department would step up enforcement of federal law against recreational marijuana.

Sessions stopped short of saying what he would do, but said he doesn’t think America will be a better place with “more people smoking pot.”

“I am definitely not a fan of expanded use of marijuana,” he said. “But states, they can pass the laws they choose. I would just say, it does remain a violation of federal law to distribute marijuana throughout any place in the United States, whether a state legalizes it or not.”

Eight states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana for recreational use. The Justice Department has several options available should it decide to enforce the law, including filing lawsuits on the grounds that state laws regulating pot are unconstitutional because they are pre-empted by federal law.

Studies have found no correlation between legalization of marijuana and violent crime rates. But law enforcement officials in states such as Colorado say drug traffickers have taken advantage of lax marijuana laws to hide in plain sight, illegally growing and shipping the drug across state lines, where it can sell for much higher.

Pot advocates say the officials have exaggerated the problem.

“You can’t sue somebody for a drug debt. The only way to get your money is through strong-arm tactics, and violence tends to follow that,” Sessions said.

Sessions said he met with Nebraska’s attorney general, who sued Colorado for allegedly not keeping marijuana within its borders. That lawsuit was dismissed by the U.S. Supreme Court, but neighboring states continue to gripe that Colorado and other pot-legal states have not done enough to keep the drug from crossing their borders.

I think we are all giving these asshats to much attention. Just imagine if we had no social media or input from any other source but our small circles. What would we be doing? Did we all forget our mission? I can recall lots of overgrow the gov thats for sure. Well it seems now we are well on our way to that goal if not past. Now the big bully is being pushed back, and for one might be a little salty and may not know how to handle it. There is alotta new sheriffs in town, and we are not the same gun totin,pepper sprayin,bad attitude havin,un irie mofos. We are good people, family havin,friend sharing,spiritual, non violent,one love,peace lovers. We will be heard if it gets that far! But for now keep farming my friends, dont give this shit anymore attention. Grow big, Grow hard, Grow humble, Grow for you, your friends, family, for your health and well being. Sounds like you gotta lotta work to do huh?
