Definitely the most colorful gal I've ever had in my stable. The mom is behind in color comparatively, but working towards it.

The training is about the only grow related thing I have an advantage over you.

But you still got me beat everywhere else.

Your training is unrivaled. Of that I am certain!:ninja: Every time I see one of the beasts I tell myself "JM your canopy management is weak bro get it together!". The beast's are an inspirational sight to behold.

I humbly accept your compliment. But if you skillz keep getting better that may prove hard for me to hold on to. :( And of course the more you practice and step outside the box, aint no telling whats in the future for your garden. Your a lot like me is some ways. I have always challenged mainstream methods , like oh, you gotta do it this way, no, you need this potion, no this additive. Bahhh humbug I say. Some folks just follow the norm and never question anything. You have always danced to the beat of your own drum and in retrospect, I am seeing, that it is and was the right thing for you :) and at times I'm sorry I didn't see this in you sooner.:(

Much love man.

Mr. R. Scissor hands, wanted to let you know what I am crackin today. Got bored, thats a dangerous thing for a bean popper. lol Broke open the vault and could not resist poppin another pack of Ex's Green Ribbon Bx and 5 very special beans from a respectable friend and organic grower /breeder and popped some GG # 4 X Space Queen #2.

Pretty stoked to see the phenos that come out of the GG x SQ. /nice mix. Hope your well and glad to hear you may be returning to work soon. Talk to your boss and make sure he takes it easy on ya until you get a feel for your comfort level. Don't let ego get in the way and push too hard in the beginning. Love you man. :)

I'm a hard one to figure out.

Honestly my wife has been the first to crack the code.

She says I'm easy, but as an observer she noticed people always pass false judgements on me.

Honestly I like being undervalued.
It sifts through all the crappy people in the world before I ever even have to meet them.

Meanwhile the people who get to know me well keep me close. I'm much different than most you would meet (doesn't mean better, or worse).

Often I hear the term "but there ain't nobody like you"

I know there are many unique individuals out there. They just need the self confidence to express themselves without the bonds of societies judgement & peer pressure making them conform.

Or the alternative is if the close minded judgemental people changed their views. They would find there are many gems of humans. Just most are overlooked and judged as not worthy, or less than.

I went off on a tangent

Hey @jumpincactus I'm glad you had your moment of clarity. No Need to apologize either.

All I ask of people I meet.
Is to take the time to get to know me.
If those who remain close accomplish this over time. Those people become like family to me. I just ask to be experienced without judgement.
I like to live my life as I please.

For one day the era of @rmoltis will be no more and I will only exist in memories.

I hope the people close to me have accurate memories of me when I go. I want to leave my positive mark on the world.

Thanks chief yes I'm ready for work. I've been touching base with boss.
And as soon as we have the chance to meet and talk we will determine the best way to start.

He is a very good human being.
Someone who seems so automatically good. That you feel as if you have to improve yourself just to match his goodness.

I have always been very open, honest and direct with him. And I think he respects me for it.

I always say what I think and a couple jobsite I ran have gotten me in trouble  .

People don't like someone so passionate about their work like me. It makes for a very opinionated discussion on how I will approach my work. As well as the requirements to do it efficiently.

Sometimes me and the boss butt heads on certain points. But this is just the sign of 2 competent people with opinions having a good discussion.

Sometimes he tells me not to do something. But I see it has to be done.

I do it, he notices. Then he gives me that disappointed look of why? But when it comes around full circle where It had to be done.

Those are the moments he smiles big and is glad I have my own head on my shoulders capable of critical thinking.

If I'm honest and open with him he will help accommodate me back into things.

I'm very fortunate to have met such a genuinely good person I work for. It motivates me to achieve for him. It gives me the drive to make him money. Why? Because he takes care of me and I owe it to him :)
