chris,

Nice man! You do got a little jungle growing there. Great job bud.

Sorry I been busy and I frequent other sites. Looks like you are growing some pot now!

Pretty insane news..
Remember I was telling you all about my friend whom I went to Egypt with like 35 or so years ago?
Well few weeks ago he and his brother were jet boating up a river in Cambodia pretty far out in the jungle.
A fisherman or someone strung some sorta zip line or wire cable across the river that hit my friend in the head. Jet boat was cruising at like 35mph, it knocked him out for about 20mins.
He also had a huge head wound and was bleeding like hell. Friend said blood everywhere in boat so apparently he was not ejected....
They drove him 2 hours to hospital on jungle roads to the nearest Hospitial for stitching then up to Phoneme Penn or whatever the capitol is called where further tests reveled brain bleeding.
He is an English professor in Kobe Japan and his wife flew out and his bro sat with him for 7 days till he returned to Kobe Japan.....
Got to give him a call this email is BS IMO need to hear his voice and see how he feels could be permanent brain damage. Like I said before he is a fucking genius and back in the day a total wild man..
We would wiff lines all night after my swing shift he would go to class graduated pretty much A student..

My first concert out doors Stanford Uviv spring of 71
Elvin bishop
Tower of power.
They announced the Santana Band is on their way up from san Jose.
They came and played and Jeff Egberts dad sure was pissed when he came to pick us up we were late.
Huge fan, lots of shows pretty much backin the day..
This...

We saw this band right before this Japan tour and right after they returned at The Winterland Ballroom San Francisco..IMO one of the best Santana bands ever...
I recall us getting the Abraxas album and staring at the cover for hours tripping on orange sunshine
We would some how get the album on turntable despite it melting in our hands...
Last time I saw him was Red Rocks must be 20 yes..
I rained so had like the jungle, bathrooms flooded but we were dead center 4rd row the harder it rained the harder they played.

I am sure jealous of all the great music you have seen and where you have been.

I saw some great shows at red rocks. Little younger than you (lot?) but I got to see Tool there and their favorite band opened for them. The kids in Denver did not appreciate them.

King Crimson was amazing.

Pretty amazing in the high country desert today
To dry for rain to hit ground
Windy cool mid 30s
Will get down to mid20s so will wrap the peach trees and put space heater in each on to prevent damage they will freeze if temps get to 26 for one hour
