why bro,,that motor the same as your till you put a intake on it,,thats the only difrence,,all you hear is vortec from chevy guys,,that still a 4in bore and a 3.75 stroke,,everything same as my old 83 except instead oif a 2 pc rear main seal they have 1 now,,if you get motor in there button up and then get someone to help it will cost a lot less,,dsamn all yall make me sick i cant help yall,,shit i do that shit sleeping,or could,now i need other folk muscle and i be the old guy with cigar hanging out saying,look hear boy do it like this,grumbling along,lmao

and i dont know why,,327 and 350 both have same bore sizes,,327 has smaller mains is only difrence,both have same cam ,same pistons, rings,rod bearings are same ,mains are smaller,,isnt the 327 what they call a 5.3 these days,,see this is what im talking about gg,all is the same as any engine until you get to the intake and heads,and that because of fuel injection and throittle bodies

Ones a vortec manifolds one is not... idk..they say the 327 is more reliable but definitely more money.

those injection kits come with intake ,injector,computer and ignition ,so they done made the shit easy,,it is easier to put one these packages in than hook up to your old computer,,i finally found a distrbutor that takes points,got it out a oldsmobile,,buddy at the end of the world you be seeing old school driving the country with zombies hanging all over the truck,,with points and carb,emp wont effect it at all

If i ever have an extra 10 grand were building a zombie mobile... my old bud just bought a 5 ton. I was like... what the hell are you gonna do with that... he said nothing really till the zombies come... its not street legal... i was rollin.

the intake your talking about is what i got,,it is for throttle body,,elderbrock 2104 is for the tbi heads but takes a carb,intake bolts go straight in ,instead at angle,,vortec is swirled to make the vortec,,the cylinder head also has a vortec pocket,,under the heads,just a 350 or 327 whatever you got,,vortec is bad to bone heads and second best to camel hump heads,,all chevy others are shit,,they took out lot of metal to cool the heads ,in which makes them prone to cracking from heat,,the vortec is thick like the camel humps,dont warp or crack ,well unless you trying for 5 million horse power,lmao
