Do You need to use CalMag in RO water, seems to make some sence since the water is cleaned of both. What are your thoughts?

You can use epsom salt. 2 tsp. gal to overcome def.

You need to add a balanced diet from all 4 food groups.lol Since there is almost nothing in the RO you have to supply it all. JK

yes ro is almost pure water so supplementation is needed in general easy to control though.

i notice as long as i follow my feeding schedule properly with my R/O water my plants do just fine.

Kush is right......... with a decent feeding schedule you should be ok. Except, in my experience, you will ocassionally come by a strain that's a heavy feeder that will need some supplementation- I usually hit my plants with Cal/Mag a few weeks into flowering once or twice and I don't seem to ever have an issue.

RealBusy-funny shit!

Thanks

Thanks for all the info. fellow farmers, I guess I will probably add some calMag in the first couple weeks in flowering.
