do the basements on your side of the pond all have a floor drain? would be bloody handy... does it drain to a sump then pumped out.?

Was just foolin w ya btw there whitebob.....

Not all of em have sump pits and/or floor drains....most new houses do.
It depends on how low the sewer lines are in the ground...place im at now has floor drains but no sump pit

That's my problem. No floor drain in the basement so no dtw growing for me. I'll have to stick to dirt and watering without runoff.

U need a dose of American ingenuity.
U have a ton of options. ...
1. Install a sump pit
2. Use saucers and shop vac out the runoff
3. Use a drain table and attach a hose and channel the water into a vessel to pump out once it gets full.

Where theres a will theres a way

Organic nutes, no salts, so no build up. I let the plants deplete the soil completely before I start feeding anything, tap water only.
For me, the problem w that is by the time u realize ur soil us depleted u already have a nutrient deficiency and by then its too late for ur plants to grow to their maximum potential.

so with organic u cant have a nute build up in plants then I straight up have 000000 clue whats going wrong then where looking like crap started getting run off with in a week was looking way better

got garden trays my plants are sat on... water then suck up whats in the tray... and they are raised about an inch on some plastic spacers so they don't drink the runoff..!

Once I have a budget avaliable I'll think of something, that's for sure. Since I do 1-2 runs a year, I'll plan on doing it so that I can use the runoff for my garden. It's a win-win situation.

Basically when I see roots hitting the bottom of the pot is the right time to start giving them 1/2 strength.

I'm using biobizz and am having hard time burning my plants with it. Also i do water-feed-water-feed .... so the possibility to have nutrients build up in your medium is really small. Also keep in mind that my plants usually get root bound so there's not much dirt without roots in the pot. This way I can keep my pots saturated pretty much all the time. Just need to be careful not to let them dry out.

i did enough time to get a thick enough skin to handle a few bouts bud no worries there..!

I just feed every time with earth juice like u said no burn jut seems to be a build up

Feed every other time. Dont know what the earth juice is based of, but biibizz is fermented molasses full of microorganisms and trace elements beside NPK. The thing is, there is only 30% of the fertiliser directly avaliable to the plant and the rest needs to be digested by the micro herd. That's why you don't do feed after feed. It takes some time.

here is earth juice I use im green as green can be all my info I get comes from this set get a lot of double sided answers feed ever time do don't bubble ect
