I'm looking for some advise on an LED for flower ?Will be in a 3by3by6ft tent and looking to flower 3-4 plants. Already have HPS for another tent . Trying to avoid another ballist. Any suggestions on an LED that's not to expensive that will do the trick?

How how much money would you like to spend?

Was thinking $300 range . I know that's not much but I'm on my 3rd cycle and already in for close to 4K in expenses .

Two of these in a three-by-three is probably the best value if you want cheap. They come with a pretty good warranty. You can get cheaper but good luck with any kind of warranty.

I have a viparspectra 300w for Veg now . It works great.
Would u get two of the first link or one of the 600w ?
I would put three of the first link. I always like to get smaller units then I can break them up and use them elsewhere if supplemental lighting is needed. You can get higher wattage LEDs for pretty damn cheap like king plus and stuff. I just stay away from those five and Ten watt chips because they are least efficient and produce a lot of heat. But a lot of people love them. Really anything you get will work I just have heat issues where I live. But that galaxyhydro does have a kick-ass array of red for flower and they throw in some ir and UV as well.

I would consider going with sixstrings suggestion. Those galaxy units are shit. You will not get the yields you imagine. Maybe with two of them you might get a couple of ounces. Forget hundreds of grams unless you feel like buying ten of them and cramming them in your space. In my opinion. Don't waste your money on that shit.

And I have one of these. Also a lot of people like those viparspectra. I like the other ones because I like 3 watt LEDs.https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IVQ96WW/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I put 600 led back in. Hit switches today. It's flower time. This whole setup was around $350. My new sun. I know looks like a UFO and covers entire ceiling. Hope it works good.
600 led is 3watt leds. Sides are t5 setups with blue (veg) and red(bloom) bulbs staggered.

It's at 7ft but still can go up 2ft. I need to make minor adjustments to level the led. Covers the 4x4 though. I think it would fit in 3x3 but be tight.

I can actually see the red led reflection off lower leaves of 2 ft plants. Every angle is covered.

3rd cycle should have paid for the first 2 cycles.maybe you should just get some 400w hps setup and be done with it.
