This does not add up.
I don't believe your AC is working.
Where are you dumping the hot air from the AC?
I hate to ask, but is the AC just sitting in the room?
its all hung now the ducting goes out side I have real good heat reflect lining

How hot is it outside? Are you sure you are not sucking all the cool air out with 800 cfms and pulling in hot air from the cracks.
Anyways, 4-5k of a/c per 600 watts is how i run.
one fan just cleans the air one sucks air from other room over the bulbs and outdoors it goes and it was 103 f when I first posted

my veg is in same kinda situation mama.21ft trailor.i use r13 insulation(10.99 for 40sqft)floor to ceiling...then throw panda film over it.it wrks.....its been 95° here all wk.u def cud b drawing to much out like said above.
I took the ducting off and the air blowing out is 110f so the air getting pumped out of the room is at least 110

there is a thread on here just for people that have them hung in side kind of neat .. why would I need to have it in a window and there is 0% chance I can cut a hole for it to fit when I first got it was putting out like 150f out the back and 70 out the front lol

It's perfectly fine (if you make your exhaust box properly) to use a window shaker inside. I posted a DIY on it.

A few things I noticed.

That plastic box and non insulated duct work is allowing the exhaust heat to heat the surrounding area. I would redo the box properly with a very high heat material. I posted this in the fit as well. You also need to u dilate the entire exhaust duct work. I use r8 6" ducting. You also need a fan to help get that hot exhaust air out asap. Use a 3 way, plug the ac and fan into that, then into your controller or power supply.

Never use duct tape inside your grow rooms, or on any hot or cold (hvac) items. The heat and cold will compromise the duct tape and make it delaminate (seperate). Even my $$$ gorilla tape does this. Use 3m hvac flex tape for any in-room or hvac needs. It won't bitch up from heat or cold.

I ditched my 15k window unit setup. I was too worried about a possible fire due to the excessive heat. I may try a 12k unit, or may not try a window unit at all.

This is how I have my portable set up. This is in a 20x20 90% sealed lung room, my flower room is 8x12 built inside (it's hard to explain). I also exhaust room air back I to the lung room where the ac sits. Not the most economical way, but running co2 is cheaper than power for the 1st 6 weeks of flower.
