Reflectix is great for reflecting heat but you still need insulation to keep the outside heat out.

@tinderthumbs, here's something for your roof, don't know if you've tried it, but it hasn't been mentioned yet, http://www.homedepot.com/p/Gardner-5-Gal-Sta-Kool-805-Metal-X-Metal-Roof-Coating-SK-8055/203856114?cm_mmc=Shopping|THD|G|0|G-BASE-PLA-D22-Roofing|&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIoJKklp2d1QIVCGx-Ch19XgPGEAQYFSABEgK0g_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Sorry for the long link. But might help out.
that looks like some stuff id like to try to any ways to help me with the rest of my house

have not even opened the flower room yet and its 104 in the veg room with the ac in it so some how a room that is 4ftx8x8 with a ac 5k going and right under the ac is 104

That heat is a bitch bro. It is a ongoing never winning battle for me. Did you wrap your room in foam and make it like a damn ice chest?
no but looking like I might need to wondering like u said would that work or would it hold the heat in?

as long as your air conditioning is pumping enough cool air in insulating it with foam would help. You can get that cheap foil back 1 inch foam in 4 by 8 sheets.

im thinking my problem as well I that my room is all damn wood and as we know wood holds heat I think I need to cover ever inch of the room think that would help?

I was just trying to look through and see how you had it set up. You have a grow box inside of a bedroom I am guessing and an air conditioning pumping air into the grow box. But is that air conditioning blowing the hot air off the condenser back into the room? Or do you have it outside the house?

I see what you got now. You're probably going to have to insulate it better and maybe slow your airflow down some so it can get a little cooler in there. The faster you have that air passing through the harder your AC will work and the higher the temp will be. You can still use fans inside to keep the air moving try exchanging it slower. Do you have your exhaust vents hooked directly to your lights?

Only use this to insulate walls and. NOT your a.c. box. It can't withstand the heat. You MUST! Make your box better and 4x larger, out of proper materials, insulate the ducting, and use a fan to help the exhaust out.

My new exhaust box will be 3x larger than my previous box, and I may upgrade my 6" to 8" r8 ducting and upgrade to an 8"720 cfm fan vs my current 6" 440cfm fan
