Blue Dream. Bumps And Spots On Leaves.

Hello, I need help identifying what's wrong with my plant.

HSO blue dream 4 weeks flowering, soilless potting mix, HPS lighting.

Other blue dreams are doing great except for one.

It's lime green and not dark green, has much more lower fan leaves turning yellow, few smaller buds have 10% brown pistils, lower crystal content, but most concerning is spots and bumps on top fan leaves.

Also this plants has been accidentally dried pretty badly few times and it's also possible that it's the weaker one that came from the same seed that had two seedlings.

might should look under them leaves,,also drying them out completly evaluate the roots zone
