I use chicken bone, after my dinner i save the bones boil them for 10 min use an hammer to crush the bones then sprinkle them in the soil. i think i over did it thou :( i transplanted her yesterday had a little plant shock but she picking back up today i lost two of her tops should be 7 in all. My next grow will be much better ;)
