Thats the bulb that a bunch of the ocean grown heads are running (3k enhanced red), they all seem pretty happy with it claiming that there is more smell/trichs coming off same cuts. At the same time I think growers choice sponsored all of them to demo their products.. lol..

See ive heard to go with the Phillips bulb.
I read a test where they tried several diff cmh fixtures and bulbs,
and there synopsis was all the fixtures was about the same but a deff
increase in yield from the Phillips bulb compared with the growers choice...
I unfortunately dont remember where i read the article...

supposedly ups oil/resin/trich development and finish

but really everything is anecdotal

even the enhanced spectrum of adding a CMH isnt proven just hearsay
Subcool actually got rid of his CMH immediately

so IMO
weight = HPS
Effeciency = High End LED
veg = mh/cmh/t-5 65k etc.

there is no substitute for full sun
but I have always have had this gripe with the sun
it forces the plant to push leaf
so leaf to calyx ratio goes nuts
you might grow huge colas but half your cola is leaf
where as indoors you can taylor your spectrum to grow more calyx/bud than leaf

I do believe you get more terpines from Sun just because the plant is recieving full wavelengths from all nm so there is no drop
which creates a full terpine profile for said genetics

Sometimes I help...sometimes I dont.

Besides my daughter(she is 25), who has a few scragglers
her self outside, is the only one that knows my groom...
Just one of the lessons I have had to learn...

but thats the dumbest thing you can do....

It was a pain for me last time too and i had like 25-30 oz..
Something that might help a bit:
Remove fan leaves before beginning drying then when dry/jar ready do the full trim.. That way it kind of breaks up the work into 2 different days.. I did 90% of the last round by myself.

I didn't really have any problems with popcorn bud honestly. And this time i'll be trimming the bottom branches more to avoid it. I guess it wasn't that bad but it's by far my least favorite part of the whole process lol

That's actually what I did my first time. Went through and cut off anything that wasn't going to yield any trichomes or anything. That took me about an hour a plant. Then the final trim still took forever. Definitely saved me some time though. Or, rather split it up a little

The only other tip i can offer is once its ready for dry trim then what you can do is cut all the nugs off branches into a 5 gal bucket w/ a lid. Then you don't have to trim everything right away because all the nugs are in a sealed container and won't overly dry out in the mean time. Gives you a good week or two to finish trimming..
