Ok so im starting this journal for my first mainline/manifold attemp from some bagseed Indica I got a few years ago. I started 12/12 from seed because I was finishing up another grow that was just harvested it also gave me the oppurtunity to sex her. So I topped at third node and then topped again at the each set coming off the main lines to the 3rd node again creating 8 tops. I may top each again for a total of 16 tops and I will veg under 20/4 under 150w acual watts of led and a 250w hps overlap. Let me know what you think and if My mainfold is correct thNks guys oh and I am using a coco mix. I plan to veg until about 18" or so before I make the flip. Im not sure I am growing to teach myself patience and prices are high in the desert!

Need some help. Do those look like preflowers right at the node? Is ot possible to have a autoflower from bagseed?

What light schedule you say you're running? And autoflower would need to have ruderalis I think. But I guess if the plant the bagseed came from was an auto it's possible. I'm pretty sure you can pollinate autos just can't really clone. By the math the auto feature would eventually cancel out because once crossed with a male photo it cuts the percentage of ruderalis in half. Usually autos I've seen are 10% ruderalis. Question is at what percent ruderalis does auto stop being auto. I'm no pro but it's possible I'd say.

I have a 150w acual draw led and 250w hps. I run the led 24hrs right now and the hps comes on for a few hours throughout the day. I just cant tell if those are pistils they look like preflower but it should not be flowering

You can see them on the last node there is 2 white protrusions on each side of the node

Those are preflowers! It's a girl! I've got some of mine throwing preflowers like that on a 18/6 light schedule. I wouldn't worry about it. Now you know if you want to clone, they'll be female:)

Well thats good news. I have never grown from seed so i wasnt sure she would preflower unless it was under 12-12 she was a green small seed found in a bag of oaktree

I would reduce down to 17-7. When you flower consider the schedule for Indica and maybe go 10 or 11 hours light on.

Transplanted into a 7 gallon pot and added a 200actual watts cob led. She is mainlined nicely gonna take some clones later today. I was thinking of scrogging. Or should I just let her go

This is day 33 of the plants life 30 days veg from seed and now 3 days since the flip. She is growing beautiful I transplanted into black magic soil which seems to be a awesome blend and is the best soil ive seen. Im pretty sure now that this is bagseed from a strain called oaktree which has a 53 day fully finished flowering time. She is under 200 actual watts cob and a 150 w 9 band led with red spectrum enhancement I have not given her any nutes yet

Love the LST, but looks like theres some weak stems, can't see all the way up the plant, but twig tops are pointless, they give you shitty popcorn bud, over the last couple years I've been shaving those "clones-like" branches and man did my yields increase! I'm only talking about the ones that are most likely centered in the middle of the plant, but are at the lowest points of your more dominate tree like branches

My biggest problem is when nodes are offset and not across from each other. One sides bends, the other reseists... they don't flatten out. any tips when that happens?

Happens when the plant is sexually mature and nodes start alternating. Take a little bit more effort to keep them symmetrical .
