Another option is horticulture lighting group.you said you have electrician to help you. Those quantum boards are about as simple to build as wiping your butt haha :)

I have a fusion grow tent 4 x 4 x 6.5
They make a 5 x 5 x 6 1/2 that costs 220 canadian (180 USD)
6o pound capacity per pole. I Find the zippers get light leaks but I have mine in a dark place so it doesnt mater.

I do like those gorilla tents and the jardine ones too.
