IMO
if you are using for veg maybe 5k but if is just for flower
boost the far reds

right,, no I have no problem with your build. or presentation of it..
I dont really have a problem with his thoughts,
we need ppl like him,
but i got to make sure that we stay in the right lane..

well, from what I understand, adding "some" 4000K or 5000K driven harder is supposed to boost photosynthesis in the bloom stage. I have 18 3000K90CRI cobs now. and yes, far-red left on 15 to 30 minutes after lights out, its supposed to signal the start of the dark cycle of the plants way sooner. From what I read, the plants don't start their dark cycle until 2 hours after lights out.

from what I understand.....and the reason why hps does so well
lessin blue during reproductive stage
yeah far red helps but I was meaning peak red.....red enhancement boosting overall red wavelengths helps boost flower

As far as the amazon sales stuff, the company I work for sells products on amazon (that have nothing to do with anything related to this) and I use a program to monitor sales of various items. I was curious one day and wondered how much they made, so I typed it in for shits n gigs. Was quite surprised.

But I know what you're saying. Like I said, I'm not here to push shit on anyone. I don't have a product to sell. I'm only kicking around the idea of selling lights. COBs probably wouldn't be something I'd sell initially. Way too expensive.

And as far as the light I ordered, when I say custom I mean took the shell of something they already made and had them make a few changes to my liking. I needed an upgrade, and after searching forever these ones were what I was looking for for the most part, and they were willing to change some stuff I didn't like on them (they had glass lenses and I wanted reflectors for example). Really not any different than if anyone else ordered one. Aside from the logo (which they did for free so I figured why not) it's just a normal light. But, I can photoshop the logo out of pictures easily enough.

I don't plan on posting it around and being like "hey everyone I'm gonna sell these soon hit me up". I won't even bring it up that I want to sell lights anymore.

Just now made it to usps in Cali.


On that reservoir..
Im about to just go no reservoir.
Just hook my RO straight to the float valve in the Epicenter.
I just top off nutes as needed.

Then next run i just pick up my
Ph and 2 part nutrient doser.

Just make it fully automated..

By the way the smell is seriously improving and so is the taste..
Buds are drying nice and tight..
I got a lil on the leafy side towards bottom where light was slightly less and co2 was slightly high..
Well i learned a little bit about c02 this run..
On the bad side im having clone troubles.
Going back to the clones from the 11.
I think my cloning solution is contaminated.
Im having no roots.
We give it a few more days..
Then get some diff solution..
