Pics, under natural light would be better,,,,, yes, they kinda look overwatered.
But like i said, better pics would help diagnosis any problems.

ok, a few questions.
what kinda of medium are they in?
lighting?
nutes?

6.3 in 5.8out that was the other day,,, 6.3 or 6 in if I flood till water goes out of bottom just seams to much only watering every 3 4 days

Everything sounds about right, i run soil myself, and i'm not sure how dry the coco should get between waterings.
So, just my 2cents, i would cut back on the watering.

The thing is I have always grown in Royal mixs and I am having a go with coco in the future I will just keep going with what I now best way but thanks

try raising your light wait 24 hours and see if they perk up. it's worked for my plants in the past grows.

Never ever let coco dry out. Should always be moist. Don't give plain water. Keep PH and nutes consistent. If you feel the need to flush add a small amount of nutes. Read about coco, seriously, it's a different game altogether. It's not like soil at all. Tons of coco info on here, read it, things will become clear. I'm not one of the pros on here but believe me I learned my coco lessons.
