36"-40" is max height in veg
I could also keep my 600w mh.
Right now I pull air from the outside. Thru the lights. Then blow it back outside.
I don't want to use outside air anymore.
I could just pull the air from the inside the veg room and blow it to another part of the building.
Then I wouldn't need to buy a new light! But if I could save on air conditioning it could still be worth it

in veg?
so are you growing 5-6' plants?
so you have to take penetration into account
hps will penetrate to create solid buds about 36" from light and you should keep light 18-24" above canopy
that really leaves you with about 18" of plant material
so really that leaves you with about 2' of nothing from the base of you plant up

seems like a waste of plant
but I guess that depends on how many plants you are gonna grow

if just 1 or 2 plants then yeah a1k in a 4x4 with a 3-4' plant all bent over and spread out as a scrog I can see that

then tou would want to veg under something that can penetrate deep into canopy so tou dont have just little tops when you are gonna throw them in flower

Yes I forgot to mention I grow 1 plant spread out under a 4x4 screen under hps.
Last time I tried a 3 foot plant grown in coco I could almost spread it to the full 4x4. About 1' to lolipop
So I was thinking 3-3.5' plus 1 week of veg after screening under hps should give me a full screen.

How long you gotta veg to get a plant to fill a 4x4?

So are you thinking I should stay with my 600w mh?

yeah I would stick with the 600
reason being light has to be in stages
if you veg under a t-5 even if it is a 600
you arent gonna get enough good veg down the stems for it to be worth it...if that makes sense
the T-5 just wont penetrate deep enough into the canopy to create enough plant material far enough down so that when you bend them out under the canopy...you will actually have plant material from the inside out on each branch once bent over

with a MH it does have more throw to give you that extra plant material

also remember to not have much wind in veg
as in only have minimal breeze in the veg in order for the air to circulate but not really enough to rustle the plants

the plants will then be super weak and bendy almost like a vine

then in flower you can ramp it up and the branches will stiffen up as it flowers

it talks about a fan shroud that keeps the system from overheating?
What does that mean?

This is what separates the turbo kloner from other similar cloners, there is a little fan (assuming its water proof?) on the back that constantly blows air over the water to keep it a bit cooler than the ambient room temp.. One time i forgot to plug the fan in and i could totally see the difference in the plants. Ive heard of some of the EZ cloner owners and how they have to put frozen water bottles to keep the water at ideal temps..

Yes that makes total sense.
As always great advice.

Man the cubbies got the shaft event. They tried to have the game at 1pm local time to beat the rain but the TV companies wouldn't give up the prime time spot so it got moved till tomorrow

Now strausberg gets a full rest period. He was supposed to pitch todah on short rest. Advantage Nationals.
Kinda bullshit

all sports are fixed anyways

no businessperson would leave a multibillion dollar business up to chance

really it is all about network deals
I have heard that before each season they figure out whom is gonna win and what drama will insue
just like WWE
