What To Use To Get "frosted" Buds?

can't believe the buds on the "frostest bud" post !!!! what do yo?u guy'd's use to get that frosted?
(1)Genetic's is very important
(2) Terpinator ?

thoughts ? can you list an frosted strain - one that come to mine is Blueberry Gum - G13 Labs I think

As far as strains, I get even more frost in my already great strains with cmh lighting.

All get super frosty.

Environment is a big key but some strains just pack it on no matter what this next run im running my favorites tardis 1 my cut aka frost monster this cut is nasty most frosty plant ive ever grown then ill be running bruce 3 , blue dream x norcal moon. Pfx and norcal moon f2 they do 85 % of the work

I would think light spectrum would be pretty key. From what I gather, trichromes are a defense mechanism against UV. Pushing higher uv spectrum lighting should cause the plant to push that defense mechanism, given genetic potential.

Then again, I'm high and pooping so could just be talking out of my butt.
