Aight so, when you use the bag there's the weird bent piece with the elbow you use to fill it.
There should be a little screen that sort of looks like a thimble that goes in the 19mm end (the big end) of that, that you put onto the part that sits on the unit. What you want to do is actually fill that little screen that looks like a thimble. Not the screen that they suggest. Pack it sort of decent but not too tight, since it'll have to be hanging upside down.
Since you're using the screen up there the temp is actually about 20-30 degrees cooler at the herb than what the temp says on the unit, so I used mine at 410 F. I found it helpful to lean the bag upright against something as well. As in, not just let it sag down. Filled much better and the vapor was more apparent. I used fan speed 2 cause I wasn't patient enough for 1. If you want more visible vapor since you're used to smoking, you could bump it up to 420-425.
