Sorry the ole lady sent me after chicken..ok, but do i need air pumped into my res, for a 4-6plant 1gal dripsystem?
nutes are undefined, wanting recomendations for coco.
Ya what he said!!!$Im on the fence about it.. The thing is im running sealed hoods right now too so it would definitely kick up my heat im thinking.. oh well was worth a thought, someday ill get LEDs..
Ok bro here you go
-no air pump in res is needed
-since you live where there is 230v power i would go to your local hydro shop to buy small electronic things like the water pump/timer/etc.. Id say one 250gph pump minimum per drip manifold? (not 100% sure on that though)
-Most of us are running the same nutrients CNS17 & silica blast by botainicare
-Does your local hydro store have bags of coco or only brick? Bags would be easiest but bricks work too (the last pic out of the 4 you posted would be the coco id go for)
-2.5(foot?)x3(foot?) tent you should probably run 2-4 1gallon pots
-You will need an RO system if you dont already have one
You da man...the drip system is super simple and can be achieved using many different parts or techniques. You need a pump going to some kind of manifold that runs the lines to your pots.
Don’t over think it brotha. But when I get home from work I can show you exactly how mine works
That is the exact one i got..
Looks like the same one I ordered too lol. Great minds...That is the exact one i got..
Worked perfect in the waterfarms...
Ok bro....thanks toph.
im way out rang of a hydro store, but ill check if i can find some bags of coco.
the bricks wer from a gardenstore 2 hours away. they had bags but they all had nutes in them. the blocks wer the only ones claiming to be neutral.
i will check out the botanicare products, maybe i can get the delivered.
yes i meant feet, i dont have a tent. im just building walls n lining them with mylar.my space is larger but i have a sloping roof so i can only go 2-3feet wide to keep over 8foot hight. 2.5x3 is half of the flowering space.
it will have two seperate drip systems so i can stagger growth.
thats why im treating it as a 2.5x3foot system.
i will reduce my numbers after the first run.this run will have more space because the second half of the flower room is empty.
ive found the pumps on amazon:)
@Thejoeybrown thanks, sounds great.
@EventHorizan didnt want to bug you, being super stoned at 1 in the morning my typing tends to get sloppy on my i pad.
dont give up on me yet, ur full of experience i need.:sweating:
same one I have
since you are in Europethanks toph.

Check with a few of the UK growers. Limo, toast, mancI think in europe amazon has a different site it's like amazon.uk or eu or some shit. If Possum follows our links it will take him to the wrong site. If you go to their site it will probably have the voltages right. I think he needs to copy the name of the product he's looking for from our links then put them into the EU site.
there are a few answers to this questionBut I did get sent to get chicken, lmao
I didnt totally give up on you..
I also picked up the fittings I need to set my drip up..
I fell asleep last night and they didnt get their second watering...
One of them was a little pissed at lights on today...
I might run some tap thru it then an extra big second feeding..
Dry outs, Salt accumulations, and leaching salts from the coco....
coco all in one equation.
And why can salts retain such a hold in the median?
Yoda?
@Wisher619
Every once in a while i will chew on something and deep think about it..
I come up with a question here and there..
Sometimes its a dumb question per se,,,,,
But the answer is more profound,
and maybe helps me to think I understand what the hell is really going on in the coco...
Anyway, does anybody have any questions pertaining to coco?
I will start as I got 1..
If i want to flush my plants due to high salt content, can I use tap to flush and leach salt build up, and then run my feed water thru it to reset the coco?
And I got my fittings while i was out so im gonna get my dtw setup since im to lazy to get them there second feeding.............
that is want i wanted to know, and Im not surprized by the answer.. I can understand it..there are a few answers to this question
you can pretty much run anything you want through the coco
but if you really want to leach the mineral buildup
I would suggest RO because it holds onto electricity very well
but preferably I would use something like clearex or Florakleen
because they work by breaking the ionic bond with the medium allowing it to flush much more easily
then reset
tap has salts in it so .....when you run tap through, it is just exchanging salts with what is there already
lol im just using the 80 gph pump in the 4 pot dtw..Just ordered me a gallon of cns17 bloom! Already got the silica blast. I also ordered the pump that Event put up. The one I got is tiny and only 80gpm it's super slow. Can't wait till next wed. I get ro water down the street for .25/gal so I'm all set. I already have four 5 gallon water jugs.
