Hey guys, ever seen any first leaves this long. Ive only seen like 10plants life cycle n never have. Just curious if its common. Ohh btw, these are my buddys plants same seeds as mine, same age pretty much only a couple days difference. He planted the seeds a lil too deep.
That looks as wrinkly as an 90 year old cooter...
Thats under them leds?
If it is, well there is your full spectrum homie... Dont look at those leds, because they make you sterile............. :(

Went in and took out a lot more leaves. The canopy was just too damn thick, nothing below it was getting light. Not covered in trichs yet, but this one is super hair. She's getting about 1500 PAR

Mornin boyz. Been busy this morning. I made some dry ice hash with all my smaller buds and some ice water hash with all my trim. Pretty good haul.

Which method you prefer? I think I'm going to just throw my trim from last time + my trim from this grow in a bucket with a sifting bag and dry ice and see what I can get. What I'll do with all the sift... no idea.

Just stick to using the Sunshine mix
just to let you know....it is not "soil"
it is "soilless potting media"
it is just Peat/Perlite/Lime
it works perfectly fine
you water with nutrients
allow it to dry some
then rewater with nutrients
simple

I am curious, Wisher. If the consensus is coco, why stick with something most folks seem to figure is, well somewhere down the list. Is is just due to the simplicity? I know you wouldn't recommend that without good reason. My interest in coco is 3 fold:
1.Folks talking about it being productive and having no regrets
2.I am very uninclined to spend money twice and never planned to stick with thevsoiless potting mix, strictly training at the behest of my cloner. But do not enjoy it, as anticipated, for multiple reasons.
3.want to use the same style system as most here, so the bulk of advice applies and adds to my learning.
What are the reasons for me to not go with it if you don't mind my asking?

Thanks Wisher!

The ice water hash is better (full melt). I just use the 73 and the 25 micron bags. The dry ice hash is more like kief as I just used the 160 micron bag. I use it in joints and on top of bowls mostly. Sometimes smoke it pure in a bowl. It's all good shit.

Yeah honestly I just wanted the kief. Ice water hash seems kinda messy and a bit of a pain in the ass. Tbh I don't typically use my kief anyways, I don't require a lot to get a good buzz. Would honestly just get a pollen press, make them into kief "pucks", and I'm sure I have a few friends that would be all over it.

The ice water hash is not too much of a pain. Like I said I just use two bags. You could skip the 25 micron and just use the 73 to make it easier. I don't get too much from the 25 anyways. Just a couple buckets, some ro water and some ice. Scoop it out with a spoon onto a plate and let it dry out. The water that's left over gets watered into my plants like a tea and the vegetation gets composted. Win win win!! :smoking:

What do you mean specifically?

Well I will read to coco thread that Bicky pointed to, but was looking for a basic list/ description of items needed to set up 15 plants in coco... Granted the question assumed (perhaps it shouldn't) that there is a relatively good consensus on what coco setup people were talking about above when most everyone who chimed in stated that coco is a better way to go. Not talking about light, fans, etc.obviously, just pots, pumps, trays, etc.

With the tent and the completed room I now have 2 grow areas; (if I swap around hoods/ ballasts) 2 (I think) working 1000w hoods w/ballasts; 2 oscillating fans; 2 night time therm controlled heaters; CO2 tank and regulator; 3 cooling/filtration fans; carbon filter; sulfur wax burner (proper name?); remote logging temp/hum sensor; 2 air pumps; two 28 gal reservoirs; eight 5.3gal sq.buckets w/8"net pot tops...misc. small stuff. Just wondering if any of the buckets/net pots/air pumps/revervoirs/etc. I should hang onto and what all else I would need to pick up if I were to switch to coco after these 6 using my clones - or simply kill these sickly 6, eat the time bullet and just go straight to using just the clones in one big grow.

Oh yeah, and you have to use the biggest micron bag to strain out all the vegetation but that's easy.

i always make bubble/icewater hash with my trim! easy as, i used uv glue to stick screen printing screens on bottomless buckets. ive got five sizes plus 1 with a ss netting for my top bucket.... stack em up in a normal bucket. fill with nearly frozen water and some ice, get out the drill with a paint mixer on it and bam. got some mean smoke m8. i love it
its my chocoalate:love2:

scope ebay for a while. even if they used just allow 30-50 for a new probe if its a dud. see lots of "reconditioned" blulabs for around 100.....

Thanks Bicky Studs.

Yes, I guess (Bicky/Wish/Events/Toph/any-all) to be specific...
I had scoped eBay and I was left with one big question.. if I am thinking about coco and the next logical step would be auto feed, PH, et. al. in say 4 to 5 months, are there pitfalls I should avoid and/or model #s that are preferable so as to be able to do what I need now without having to repurchase everything over if/when I go to autofeed? - or are the sensors for those two setups mutually exclusive?
