I just recovered from a 2.5 year back injury that was causing me extreme sciatica..
And so we get all the laughs out, after stretching for 3 weeks, I was able to bend over with knee;s straight, and put my hands flat on the floor..
Oh I Can feel that sciatic nerve back there, on both sides now, really tight..
So its either stretch, count calories, work out, and give it my best or end up a bitch ass old man named Walter..
I would prefer the former.. I was a brick shit house all the way to my 40's. But since then Ive had a hernie, 2 ruptured discs, and a slipped vertebra in my lower lumbar spine. So im trying to starve off the only unbeaten fighter in the world, Father Time......
