I used to be in the hardcore/metal scene pretty tough. Went on a couple west coast tours with these guys. All the kids I grew up with. We’re all in the background you just don’t know which one I am. Hahah.

Pretty cheesy but brings me back to the good old days. Thag shoot was a fun day
Get themselves a singer and they might be onto something, I was digging the music but, the vocals turned me off.

Do it man. Once you listen to these new guitarists it will open your world to all the old guys who influenced them
Nothing like the blues guitar
Id be more familiar with the older guys.

thats 1 of my favorite songs toaster……
i find it odd a lot of u guys that are my age (late 40's) or older listen to the heavy shit…then again i never did like most metal.

I'm all about '60s and '70s rock'n'roll (or whateverpeople want to call that era), not much to find in the '80 and further on except for a few exceptions like I don't know RHCP, Pearl Jam, maybe Nirvana, Rage against the machine, Beasty Boys to put a few different music styles in one bag. There's a few new age bands that are actually really good trying to bring those '70s back like Jupiter Coyote or Government Mule.

Metal... well define it hahaha. The first thing that crosses my mind is Black Sabbath, pretty much grandparents of metal...

Good night for you guy and good morning for me!

Oh well

Absolutely love Fleetwood Mac, a lot of good tunes from those guys.

In my later 40's and for me it started with Sabbath and Maiden, I ate, slept, and breathed those two bands when I was in my early teens, then while I was locked up for awhile in my later teens I got a taste of Metallica, first song I heard was Battery and when it kicked in I was blown away, from that point on I was a headbanger for life, although I think that had already happened, the music just got heavier. I love a lot of other stuff too but, at heart I'll always be a metal head.

Didn't pay a lot attention to metal except for the Sabbath which sound just as same with their latest album as in the '70s. And yes of course I seen Metallica live in Vienna 3 years ago. But we also had a band or two in Slovenia. Maybe not as heavy but decent quality

You might not consider this metal at all, maybe hard rock but anyway still good. They did a few gigs with orchestra and boy was that amazing. I still get goose bumps.
