I grew a nirvana before, just one blue mystic auto. I'm not sure how I came across the seed. I threw it in a pot out in the yard. Had a worm in the bud.
It was small, I don't remember smoking it but I'm sure I did.

@Toph420 has a kick ass flood and drain setup. I tried it out but my pots were too tall for the setup. I may try again later with some 1/2 gal square pots but now I'm leaning toward running a manifold with drip lines more like thejoeybrown. I like the idea of the nutes flowing through from top to bottom better than bottom up. The res has been great though. Saves so much time and nutes.

I somehow new that finding that pheno while maybe not being as hard as winning the lotto, still it is difficult, and luck, finding that 1 pheno..

My thoughts, and this is specifically my thoughts, and game plan.. Get a clone of something from a reputable nursery. Grow it out and se what qualities it has.. Right off the bat, #1 FROST..
The more frosty it is, the more we hooray over it here, us specifically..
But nevertheless there is smell, taste, yield, resistance to ph or ppm fluxations..resistance to mold, pm, temp, Rh fluxiations etc..

Get that and then you can do seed pack pheno hunts of REGULARS.
Keep the best Male and female(pheno hunt 1)
cross the male to the clone from the disp.
then pheno hunt them, and keep the best male and female.(pheno hunt 2)
cross that back to the female from pheno hunt 1.
You can also take the male from pheno hunt 2 and breed it back to the clone...

That is a lil different than what wisher would suggest you do if breeding reg seeds so that you could make a strain ibl by breeding it with in itself...

This is just the way im gonna try to get some purple into my house bitch(cookie glue)

Gold county guy and spacemoss grew the shit out of it up in the mountains behind Placerville, CA.
I only grew it once and that was when I tried a hempy. Everything was going good till a week into flip and well I fucked up somehow.. try this that I couldn't figure it out so I chopped it. Defeated by the hempy, probably the easiest way to grow:(

I tortured my first seedling in rw... How she made it, I have no clue.. I was all over them every sec like are they all right.. Just like a parent with their first kid..
Now... I feed them. I keep them at a comfortable temp.
I check on them daily..

Lol I'm aware I was warned. Like I said, my Aurora Indica from them went smoothly and is good smoke. If it's not a true blue dream, I don't really care tbh. As long as it has THC and does the job, it could be called Cum Dumpster for all I care. I'll worry about chasing the dragon when I move and can get a better dedicated grow space with a cloner and such.

I know everyone wants the best of the best of the best, but hell. The way I figure it almost anything I grow now will be better than the shit I smoked 10 years ago. And that still did the job

i bought 3 trays 2 for flower 1 for veg.
1st 1 is dtw flower... iv got a month or so to get set up for no.2
im making the tables next week at work so im trying to figure wat im gunna do for flower 2.
im just gunna weld a ali frame for the trays and make adjustable legs that go higher to hold a net. i dont want to put more preasure on the tent:( with nets. so being able to adjust table hight will leave me room to play around a bit.

If you started "chasing the dragon" now you'd be stepping into your new place with your game face on!
Learning to grow in a not ideal situation, would give you tremendous amounts of knowledge. You troubleshoot, improvise, problems on problems... all great teachers and to top it off with the kindness from @Wisher619 to sponsor you!
