brazel n mw...only child maybe.
Now I gotta get everything for that DTW and get it all setup. That thing probably won't be here until late next week anyways, it's in Canada. Was at $100 all day and some dick decided to bid me up $15 before it ended. Oh well still a good deal (I think?).

Slowly but surely the setup is getting better
order the cal. stuff while ur waitin. get those probes checked straight away:badboy:
@MW7945 did some digging. These are the beans i was talking about. I know what you mean by turning dark, almsot black. They never made it past that stage.

oh shit thats how mine look:p
I have 6 Vero's running at about 450w give or take 5w. 3500K.

I want to add some more light to flower this next time so that's why I'm thinking 2700K. The Vero's are more than enough to get them through veg, and I already have a 150w unit that's using two 561C boards. But that'll (hopefully) be my light for my mother plant for sunset sherbet... Or I guess if not, I'll be ordering some other seeds soon
i got 2700 in flower, they pretty

I wish they sold smaller bottles of that stuff... I feel like an 8oz bottle would last me forever. But I guess idk how long the guardian will go without needing to be calibrated

Yeah that's what I have is just little pouches. But, only have a couple left so I guess I'll have to get some anyways. Looking for a full kit for all this stuff but not finding a complete one. I found a kit but it only includes like 2 pouches of pH calibration and that's it.. kinda dumb. Mostly paying for the cleaning kit

I know this sounds anal
I calibrate once a week
part of my routine...every sunday
I give the girls tea
fill up the res
calibrate the ph/ec meter
defol plants if needed

I've calibrated my current one once. The day I got it. Lmaooo.

Tbh this entire last grow I tested pH like twice.
yeah but we know know exactly what we need to reach what we need and the stability of what we use renders this useless since what you are putting in matches the correct parameters then you know your shit is on point.....if that ramble makes any sense

You been dabbing with jipp???
Lol...
Right.. We know it throws us in range from 1.0 to 1.8 without ph adjustment.

because I have been at it so long with one nutrient
I know exactly what ec and ph will be
but if I ran a DWC/F&D etc...
I would def watch my continous monitor and make sure this is calibrated always
I calibrate mine because it is a simple pen and goes out of whack easily

but with this new nutrient
I dont do either
no ph ing
and the nutrient company gives you exact ec/ppm per ml
so I know where I fall always and it only moves maybe 10ppm up or down water temp dependant

Thing is I just ran that 6:9 ratio. Wasn't a whole lot that could change the entire time so I wasn't too worried about checking pH. Plants never showed any signs of issue, if it aint broke don't fix it

This time I'll go setting up DTW by the time they're in flower so I figured the guardian would be nice to have. Plus in theory that should last me for many years to come.

yes sir
but that is what I ment....if nothing changes...then there shouldnt be any variation
