mate you need to get some nuts for that. i use walnuts and almonds in particular with fruit and veggies, makes super smoothies, really good for you and full of energy

yo GT21 you should get a kick out of this quote.. education is not as popular as prisons apparently in Sonoma county hah.

Thats my county too... The prisons got brand new computers last year and the schools got the used shit... Go murika!!!

I would be all for cops abd prisons if they stopped crime... But they dont... Cops and prison guard are lazy and do the minimum... Then complain to their union 80 grand a year isnt enough money

i do not have a problem with good cops. but i will say this the other day on my way home from getting some oil. i saw a grip of cops outside there rig. and lets just say they were all looking about as healthy as i was on pills.


i dunno if thats a new thing tho. because i can always remember cops getting flipped shit for eating donuts, so i dunno.. laughs.

There are no good cops to me... They enforce laws that fit their union agenda... That why they test drugs instead of rape kits all over the country... Its easier and its a quick case

I used to eat a lot of trail mix... Good stuff....i have black walnuts at home but not sure if edible... They deworm dogs with them
