well they claim the catfish has fat on them over 3lbs,which is crap,ive caught them up to 76 lbs,only fat is on the spine,they just dont like steaks from them,if cooked right they are excellant fare,trick is with big fish is nuggets and then you dont get the fishy slimy taste,and always peel the blue shirt off the fish,,rabbits im thinking conservative were they dont have left overs,,a 5lb rabbit will harvest at 2 1/2 lbs just right for a meal with sides

miss them days bro,i had a many farmers that are crazy as hell with bullshit,my mom would just walk off when id get to talking with them,and this is were the true meaning of were bull shit came from hahaha

i use to clean my catfish by putting them on a board, then nail their head. and a pair of needle nose pliers and pull that skin back off.

catfish do taste good if cooked right.

bro farming has pretty much come obselet here,the commercail farmers have taken over and contracting threw the big box stores,only farming ive seen was in the valley right on the border of mexico,only a river seperate them,and a co op kinda thing were the mexicans continue the same fields on there side,a US citzen can not buy land in mexico,period,but they jive together to sell the product,probally boating ilegal onions across the border lmao

they also have a slimy skin in the inside,get that all off and them steaks be good eating,you peel it off just like you do the outer skin

you cut them steaks into a french fry and cook ,and dont matter how big the fish was,lmao,any thing over 5 lbs i would fillet,when fishing season goes into summer ,the fish places i sold my fish to,couldnt find enough fisherman catching any thing then they would buy my fillets just to keep there doors open,customers want to see a live fish and wont cleaned in front of them,but come summer and picnics and parties ,ha bring on the fillets lmao

I love catfish. Most anyone who has ate it after I fry it loves it too. I was on a family trip when I was about 17 , we were in Arkansas and we had dinner at a local place that had the best fish I had ever tried. I talked with the cook and he said the secret was to soak them in milk overnight before cooking and i have di it for over 30 years now and even made fish eaters from those who said they didn't like fish.

Hey Jipp. I'm doing good as I can for the shape I'm in lol. High as F could be the reason for a scrambled head lol. But yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes if I could 2 brain cells working on the same thing at once I get something done. But some things get better and some worse So I will try to smile at the things that are better that day. You been making bubble Hash?

yes they do a lot of meat in earth pits mate. People here are still really poor relatively. Many of the ovens here are still powered by wood and they have set times to eat. You cant wake up an hope a place will feed you, if its not oven on time, you dont get food, well unless you can tolerate another sandwich or tapas.

we eat catfish here,we eat all fish more or less. I have a plate of Boquerones en vinagre almost every day

I love PYO, UK does that shit the best of anywhere I have lived. PYO everything over there man. Fruits esp, from tomatoes and apples to strawberries and courgettes, fresh herbs all sorts. I love it, but you still got to ask what are they doing here? Is the food treated with systemics?
