Good eats, lets see em folk.
Tonight, I made surf & turf with USDA prime (yeah!) beef tenderloin and a couple little lobster tails, and served that with lobster ravioli! I made some chef's butter with fresh herbs to melt over the filet ...
Oh - and a tiny salad!
Man, that was good. Absolutely fantastic beef. I have more chunks of that frozen for future use.
