Just keep in mind thats where most light leaks happen. I had to rework my door a few times to get rid of leaks. I would suggest making the opening a little bigger. You dont want to be tending to your plants through a small opening. Make it easy to access if you can.

Yes bro but that light is fixed with that box, had to cut a hole to fix it. Have a look

Is that a small computer fan on top? Thats gonna let light in when the lights are off. Thats fine on the veg space if you run 24h but i think its designed to be inside the room. I would just drill a hole big enough to feed wires through and mount them inside. Then seal the holes. Whats the specs or name of those leds?

Yes small fan for cooling the alliuminum heat sink. In the flower box these will be fitted in side. These are generic full spectrum led grow light
