Would A 16 Pot Wilma Go Well In A 5x5ft Tent

new here and new to growing, need some answers please . i have a 5x5ft tent 7ft high. i want to know if a wilma 16x11 litre pot would be good in there , the dimensions of the wilma are 115cm x 115cm ( dimensions of tent are 150x150 cm )

what is best lighting to go in there , either 2 x 600W HPS or 1 x 1000W HPS

I wouldn't do hps at all. I would invest in cmh lights. You will get better performance and it wouldn't be as hot. 4 315s would be better than one 1000 or 2 600s

That's a totally new direction but it's good thinking. You may consider doing cree or cob. Sixstring is the site specialist and can assist with the build. Doing cob allows you to actually build it yourself and make it perfect for your environment.
