H2O2 highly effective, H2O residue. If you're concerned about small percent of chemical stabilizers you can buy food grade 35%, but it comes with a hazardous materials shipping cost

I am researching some pest control options. I have been using Green Cleaner but just learned it has a chemical in it that is flagged on tests. So I am testing Trifecta crop control this week. But was wondering if Any one has used or has info on General Hydroponics sprays. Exile seems to be the all in one but has almost no info I can find. Same with Preva and Defguard.
I have no experience w those products but i been usin general hydro fer 15yrs. They have excellent customer service and tech support. U shud give em a call and talk to Nancy. She is very knowledgeable.

Thank You I will. I use general hydro and their organic line on some of my gardens and really like them.

Did it ever cause brown spots on leaves. I was examining my leaves from underneath and when light shined through all the leaves that got sprayed had like rust spots. I was wondering if it was a residue left over.

I left all the General Hydro products behind. Won't use them anymore even if they are the best on the planet due to the Scott's buyout. Hawthorne (a name Scott's uses) is buying up Cannabis products companies like Gavita and General Hydro. They also have agreements with Monsanto regarding certain herbicides etc. Anyone that has ties or business arrangements with Bayer, Monsanto or Scott's is off my list.

Just my personal bias but I won't give any of my hard earned money to these guys.

I do use Trifecta with some success but you have to be persistent with it and stay right on schedule. I use it for prevention mostly.

I only use plant oil based materials that are supposed to be totally non-toxic. I add habanero pepper extract to my trifecta when the mites show up and it is much more effective with the pepper oil in it. However, you have to mask up cause it basically makes tear gas or bear spray when you add hot pepper oil to it.

Not sure if this potassium overload or it was caused by the exile I used. What are your thoughts.

Yeah I feel you. I was bummed to hear this as well, I used some of their products for a while now. But as spraying goes, I only use Trifecta and Green Cleaner, Switching between the two has shown great success in my garden. All I do now is maintenance sprays, no mite fight! Thanks for the info and happy harvesting!

First guess is nutrients because of how it starts at leaf tips, has the issue progressed or worked itself out?

It seems to be getting worse. I did some heaving pruning about 15 days ago to expose the peanut buds. Now the leaves that are left are taking a hit. I gave 4 straight ph 6.5 watering fed half recommended and two more plain water after feed. Treated with exile accordingly. Now this is what it looks like now.

Or could be that fed them when I used the exile and that could be harming the plant. I’m not sure. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Some more information about how you do things would be helpful. Also any info I suggest should be researched by you to see if you feel it matches what you are experiencing, just a disclaimer with any advice.

But when spraying, it is important to do so when lights are off, and allow plenty of time for the plants to dry before they come back on. I always allow 6 hours. I have not used exile, but be sure your mixture is correct, maybe even do 3/4 strength to test if it helps.

When feeding, if in soil: soil will hold nutrients value, even if it is drying between feeds, thus creating residual build up, just keep that in mind when feeding. At this point I would recommend a flush, I like using a leach or you can just do 2 good watering's to rinse the soil/ allow the plant to work through any nutrient build up on its roots or what it already has in its system. Then introduce a half feeding and see how it reacts.

The leaves to me look like nutrient burn, but possibly heat stress as well. Lights being to close or room temperature getting to high can have a curling effect on leaves and general plant stress. Each plant is different but mine strive at 78 degrees.

But with any problem, note progress so you know what direction a change is sending you. But also do not make a lot of changes at once, small tweaks is what you should aim for. It will help you know what helped and prevent more problems from accruing. And just allow time for your changes to take affect. Ive made the mistake of getting eager and making more changes to quickly.

Looks like you are doing a good job of growing

I snapped some pics just before lights came on. I use botanicare 3 part nutrient feedings. I feed every other water. But when I noticed the burn I didn’t feed for the next four waterings. Then I tried to feed half the amount and the burn showed up again. I didn’t have problems till these damn aphids showed up and I started using exile to try and control them. It’s keeping the numbers down and there not out of control. My light is about 2 feet away from the tops and my room temp ranges from 70 to 80 from floor to right under the light. I just purchased clear x by botanicare and I will probably flush them on next watering and see if that helps.
