Hey im growing some Critical in a spacebucket.
Since this is my first plant I had some overwatering issues in the early veg state which she lived through tho she was very small when I started to flower but kept growing/stretching througout the flowering stage. I still see no signs of buds tho. I noticed some black flies maybe fungus nats flying around the other day about 2-3 they seem to have disappeared though. Im thinking about putting some yellow flytraps in there to check if its still a prob.
And yes i know i have a slight nutrient burn on my plants im still experimenting with the right amount of nutrients since she is so small and doesnt fit to the regular nutrient schedules.

I am growing with a 137w UFO.
In 2 stacked 30L buckets.
The soil is a mix 30% Perlite and 70% Composana QBE (the only soil i could get when I started the grow which has advertised 8weeks of fertilizer already in the soil).
As Fertilizer i use atm, 1mlTop Max, 1ml Bio Grow and 3ml Bio Bloom from Bio Bizz to 1,5l Water.
The pics where taken today 1 day after watering about 600ml.
The temp is usually around 23-28° im using a STC-1000 Heatcontroller together with a 3m terrarium heating cable laid circular around the plant (on the very edge of the bucket to keep as much distance as possible from the plant) to heat the bucket up on cold days.
About 1 week ago i made the room the bucket stands in completely 100% dark also ensuring there is definetly no lightleak.

So what am I doing wrong at this point? Or is this still something resulting from the early overwatering problem ?

Thanks in advance guys!

How many hours of continuous darkness are you giving? How many watts are your lights pulling?

I put one of my plants into flower early (3 weeks into veg). She kept vegging even though she was on a flower light schedule until she was mature enough to start producing buds. She started producing flower buds 3 weeks into the flower light schedule.

Also, I almost positive that being on a 12/12 while the plant is still vegging, slows their veg growth down so it takes longer for the plants to mature before they begin making buds.

It may depend on the strain you have too. Some are more hardy and adaptable than others. This particular plant of mine is also very fastidious.

Should i swap back to veg. ? And if yes how long should I keep her in veg?
Or should I just wait in flower since she stretched a lot the past week?

Yea I would leave her in flower as well no reason to over stress her. A canabis plant can be left in 12/12 its whole life but still won't bud till mature just keep that in mind next grow buddy .

You stated that about a week ago you made the room 100% dark, So it wasn't completely dark before?
For 3 weeks it had light leaks? that would be reason she not flowering...
If thats the case, she should start to flower soon...if she is mature enough...about 6-8 weeks of veg before flower.

Thank you all for your replies !

Are you sure Ar.BsG ?
Im also lighting with a UFO from the top the LEDs where just an idea to (if she shouldve grown tall and bushy) keep some of the lower leaves alive. I have no idea if that is actually useful.

Bannacis yes she might've had light leaks so that couldve been the factor i was just surprised that she started stretching so much as she would do in flower stage but didnt get any buds. She definetly grew different from before.
She is currently stretching even further i will take some pics later today and keep you guys updated about her growth.
Also in my naive thinking ive read on other threads that an 11/13 cycle could improve her flowering so i switched to that yesterday. I hope that wasnt a mistake :D

I have done the 11/13 cycle, it does not hurt any.

Just a little experiment some people say that one develops trichs better than the other some say one grows the bud faster . I have a clone soo just experimenting . Some do say that the 11/13 is better for sativa dominents bc it's closer to tropical lighting schedule
Why the switching week to week?

Sounds like it takes more than 12 12 to force flower the strain. I'd take the on hours lower till it forces flower. Try 10 14.

I've been running 11 on 13 off for the past few crops and I haven't seen a huge difference but it does seem to shorten the overall flower time, not by a substantial amount though.
