Its the best way to cook! Unfortunately due to UK weather, we don't get many bbq days :(

We use every single opportunity when we're visiting my folks.

Once a year I also do it on a large scale, but no chicken, it takes way too long. Last year I got to feed 150 mouth off a bbq. See how it turns out this year. We put up a may pole on April 30th every year and a month later we cut it down and have a huge feast. June 2nd is this years date. Can't wait to light up that baby again!
