Poor slugs, they only want some good weed, their dealer is shit.
did i hear you say you are in the northeast. i am also, but in canada.i,m presuming you mean northeast usa.sounds like you probably have close to the same growing conditions. i'm about as low in canada as you can go.slightly higher latitude than maine, but would be almost exactly the same weather.i have to put up with rain, hurricanes, hail and the goddamn mold. fight it every year but i have been trying to establish mothers that will finish in this climate.it's a trade off. i can get plants that finish really early[ not autos just fast finishers]but the harvest is small on these plants so you have to plant a lot of them.usually i go with strains that finish around the end of sept.[timewarp and blueberry are a couple]sometimes if you can get through the sept rains without too much mold they will go for another month, but that,s rare .usually end up cursing and having to pull some earlier than anticipated. i've put up a 20x24 greenhouse this year so i'll try to finish the potted ones off in there.the ones in the ground plots dont seem to have as many rot issues as the potted ones.go figure.anyway good luck, looks like you've got a great jump on this year's crop.
lookin good man .hows your weather so far this spring? we've had more frosts than i have ever seen.killed alot of crops . fortunately not mine. almost had frost last nite - down to 1 degree, so close. damn global warming.i always say you only get out what you put in and it looks like you're putting alot of work into this ,so the harvest should be plenty.best of luck.
