Dangers Of Running A Partial Material Fill In Column?

What if any dangers or gotchas does one need to be aware of when processing only a 1/2 lb in 1 lb material column (other than the obvious reduction of solvent)?

Nothing. Absolutely no risk, you can always put less in not more. Just run it like you normally would. It is just a smaller run, I have done it many times.
