How To Correct Overfertilized Plants In The Ground?

i overfertilized my plants with high p bat guano I believe. I added 1 tablespoon for a 5 gallon bucket along with about 1/3 a shovel of .5-.5-.5 bagged cow manure/ hummus and a tablespoon of kelp meal. I assume the problem lies with the guano. It’s 0-5-0. How do I correct this? I have never had issues with this amount of cow manure before. I have been flushing with the hose and is beginning to affect other plants.

are you sure it not bugs?im not seeing tip burns,but them white specks are a sure sign of bugs,dont flush friend,you cant ,not in soil,all you do is compact the soil,what i would do is imagine were the roots are and stick shovel in ground and just push or pull the soil apart a little for air,let um dry a bit ,think this way outdoors you have no limit on the bottom and there aint no runoff,all that you put in will wash down into the soil and back to the water table much later,feed your soil not the plant,if you were in containers ya you can bump all the npk's up for what your looking for,but in the ground you have to take what the plant uptakes,get a lope and check them leaves,plant has a lot of destruction ,but if you do have bugs you can ride them and still have a good harvest,all those leaves will not come back,so cut um out and then watch what happens

This is fungal disease,septoria or something like that.You have to clean and destroy all the bad leaves and you have to cut and clean many leaves and stems in order to put more fresh air in the plant between the nodes.After the cleaning you can use fungicide(if the stage allows) or soda,honey or some recipe to kill fungus as much as possible but it is hard in that stage.When it rains it is getting worse.After you take the crop you should do something about that disease,it stays in the soil.I also have it and I am positive this is the problem:)If is definitely not from overfeeding.
