Many yrs ago, I lived & grew in Rotterdam. 1990, I learned a lot, however, now with new systems, tents, LED's etc.
I"ve restarted. Re learning.
I am using Coco Coir & have some nutrients which aren't entirely suitable for my preferred method of pots.
I have 900w LED system in a small tent, as I am growing for personal use only. Using Auto seeds, as a starting point.
I'm used to basics, but apart from anything, does anyone have a preferred base, minerals etc. Organic. Old Timers?
My 1st crop was amateurish, as I was going about things the old skool way.
RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS?
I'm aware of the N-P-K levels, not yet refined.
IN ESSENCE, would any other hobbyists bounce off each other?

Welcome to the farm! I'm sure you'll get lots of feedback and suggestions. IMO it just depends what works for you and what you are comfortable with.

I've always been a dirt farmer and enjoy the margin of error. But I may start growing in coco due to a suggestion by @logic, so i'll be learning a new method as well.

I've learned today from the chat brother that I should use CMH lights.
I've had a bit of a problem in the 1st month, but it was the medium, so I switched over to straight Coco. I've got a feeling the roots are free to absorb a bit of N-P-K balance.
Coz my 1st medium was waterlogged, I flushed & re-potted into a mix of 3 in 1 fertilizer, of CoCo Coir dry.
I'm already feeling the energy at my finger tips.
I'm on a whole new learning curve.
