should I be alarmed about these marks on my plants and what is the cause and solution if there is a problem? Thanks in advance

Looks fine so far to me. It’s highly unlikely they’d have developed mold this early in their lifespan. I think it’s just the lighting and angle playing tricks.
 
Avoid over watering, trick is to allow the seedling to develop a root system, many new parents get over zealous in their watering.
Water outside edge of pot, when container feels light.
No more no less.
As far as the spots Like jwm said. Too early and mold is directly related to environment, which is a correlation to your watering .
So let her be and she will be fine!

Wow thanks because I have her in coco and have been watering the whole pot everyday smh. Appreciate the advice
