1964, original windows and very little insulation in the attic. Lots of work to do with this one. Bought it from the original owners family he passed away in 2017 at 89 years young none of the siblings wanted the property.

theres 12 in 20 gallon pots. I keep them on 4 wheeled carts for rotation.

Throw some new windows, doors and a layer of insulation in the attic and you’ll save quite a bit in energy costs. But I’m sure you knew that.

We pay about $120-180/month for electric. It’s way cheaper to heat the home vs cool it.
