Get a scope. Identify what they are. Right now you can hit with a nice habanero and garlic spray as a first line of defence. Organic and harmless to your plant. Follow that with neem in a couple days.
Not to forget to add a dash of Dawn dish soap to wet those mofos. I use 4 big cloves of grated/blended garlic and 10ml of Dawn per 1.5 liters.

i don't make my own mixtures or use soap unless it is somehow premixed. i have had VERY bad results in the past with gardening and my 1st grow. think the mixtures were too strong or i over sprayed them and killed off a ton of growth. leaves just shriveled up in next few days and fell off.

the captain jack stuff someone recommended before it worked pretty good. i underspryed the plant as well and from a good distance i dont think they got any sort of shock from it but we will see i will.

well get the scientist in you out...like they say "teach a man to fish.......". whatever works man :). Good luck.

Don’t use soap then man there are lots of surfactants ready to use, in bottled form, for plants.

Don’t know what you made but too much soap or too much oil in the mix causes that ime.

first one was soap and water mix killed my bell pepper plant entirely think i added too much soap to water. 2nd one i used End All by Safer which is supposed to be organic. think i sprayed way too much and plant didn't look good. now i just use captain jacks dead brew spray from a distance and lightly seems to work first time no burns or anything.

im testing my air purifier it's just laying around the house was expensive as hell too. also testing something else which i shouldn't be XD but we gon learn the hard way.

i am testing if keeping this fan on a low speed on the plants 24/7 will cause wind burn. reading all sorts of things many say it will some say they do it and no wind burn. i am mainly testing this due to 2 reasons. 1. keeping lights on 24/0 with 3 lights not just 1 although all 3 are weak they still produce heat. 2. high humidity. as i said i live in Hawaii Humidity here is pretty high for these plants. a 3rd reason if all works out good is to see how fast the soil dries as i do tend to over water my plants.

i read that people mainly have this issue with lower humidity. will have to get one of those meter things to check temps in closet and humidity as well

You seem like you have a bad infestation of some kind or kinds of bugs. You may be better off with just killing them and thoroughly bleaching your grow area and starting over.

idk i don't see any bugs on them until after i bring them outside. with my first grow it was the same issue. after i bring them outside thats where the problems from bugs occur. with the thrips and fungus gnats that has stopped. i don't see any bugs just those egg looking things. i think they lay the eggs close to the soil because thats where the light is least intense.

outside yea major infestation for sure but indoors not so much. killing them? they are not that bad it's just eggs of some sort easily can spray them and continue the grow. as long as im not constantly bringing them in and out then yea they should be fine.

if it gets worse as in super bad then yea im planing to kill them off. can't have an infestation in the home.

I wish you luck with getting rid of them. I wouldn't want to kill my plants either. But at some point you have to decide is it worth constantly fighting off pests. I have never had that problem yet, so i can't speak from experience. But i have heard that some of those insecticides are nasty shit. I personally wouldn't want to smoke anything with that stuff on it.i dont want to see you kill your plants, i was just giving you an option if they get too bad. Good luck bro

thought u meant kill em now lmfao my bad. yea i don't like spraying them in general but i believe captain jacks deadbug brew is 100% organic. not too sure on it. the other one i was using says it's organic but i don't trust it. this is probably the first time i had to deal with it twice in 1 grow so far. could be anything though really not sure wth it is. i think they are leaf miner eggs though as i find it weird how this plant has very minor damage from leaf miners where my other plant had maybe twice as much damage
