Hi, new here, glad to have found this website!
I had a power outrage that led to 16h of darkness for my vegging plants. Will they be like nothing happened? They're still way too small to be flowered, and I'm trying to get a mom out of those.

Yeah they should be ok.
Decent genetics?
Usually the main concern is light on too long in flower. Or leak in flower.
Maybe you’ll get lucky n have em show sex n keep vegging. Either way just continue your veg.
I had power outages veg and flower going. Never had issue from it

I stressed it just like you are though.

I,d put the lights on 24 hours a day for a few days to be safe

I have power outages all the time. They will be fine. Just worry if it’s more then a few days then they would stress and preflower
