This is roughly 4.5ft by 11ft working area.
Materials cost me around $300, though I am not finished. I still have to make a secret door of sorts that looks inconspicuous. Im pretty happy with how it has come out so far.
I have my plants on an insulation board off of the cold concrete but I am thinking of making the whole floor insulated to save my heater from having to kick on all the time. Started training my larger two plants in the back, though I dont know what im doing haha
The lights are a 300watt and a 1500watt. Im not sure how big I need my larger two to get before I switch to a bloom cycle. The thing is I have my other tub of plants that are way behind, obviously. Should I make a barrier between tubs so that I can have some flowering and some vegging?

Looking good. If you want to run a veg and flowering chambers you may want to utilize your vertical space a little more if you have the headroom. This will allow you to have separate chambers and not cut into your canopy space. Of course keeping the light from escaping from one section to another is always tricky but possible with a little ingenuity. Kudos on your grow space. Just make sure to plan for ample ventilation. I find ventilation to be the most overlooked aspect in grow spaces when starting out.

How much vertical room does each plant need? To ceiling its about 8ft.
Ventilation is all ready to go, just need to pick up a blower and filter as I have ran all my hoses through my drop ceiling connecting to an air duct that leads to the outside and another pulling fresh air from a separate room.

when you decided what type door your gonna use like jw said light leak,i had same issue and fixed it by stapling a sleeping bag around the entry took care of it it also kept dust and debri from entering the room,a bit of a pain in the ass but i came up in a society were we had beads and all kind of shit were you had to spread before entering a room, hahaha but ya it worked real good and i also taped the little light on my timers, but that looks good friend, rock it socks off, just find a place for your vegging plants elsewere, vegging plants love humidity and lights being turned on and off at irregular times dont bother them at all
