Week 3 Of Flower. Bud Sites Everywhere

Week 3 of flower. My smaller plant is taking off now.. and my big plant is doing great. Can I bend the tops or is that to much stress. I know I can tie them down but can I bend them like in veg when I was training?

Thanks! Today was an exciting day. They are both really taking off just over the time i was at worK and tommrow is feeding day so I think I hVe them on the right track and yes I tuck the fan leaves as much as I can but they keep dining a way to pop up
