What’s up with my plant

These tiny white spots are on that top leaf, I don’t know if it’s more, mold, or what but it’s not causing any stress it seems like yet but i also don’t want to be ignorant. Let me know what you guys think

I don’t really know but it might be sitting in stale air because the dirt level is much lower than the top of the pot so any moving air is passing over the canopy

I think it’s recommended the top level be about 1.5” from the top of the pot.

My friends plants have the same age, but doe not look like this, so i'd say they are perfect.
